 They managed to addict many thousands of citizens
   Unprecedented. The crime rates escalated
 Forigners were seen as soft targets ... being for the most part unaware of the situation that exists here.
 Heroin ripped once tight knit communitys apart
 The situation still exists today.
 Visitors are warned that the scum usually operate during daylight hours ... So extra care is needed ... By the evening / night they are usually so fucked out of their brains on drugs. It renders them in-effective.
However by Midnight they're on the prowl again
 Evening / Night is the safest time to explore our beautiful city.
